Thank you for stopping by this campaign to help Valerie & Josh Hansen cover some of the medical bills accumulated during the pregnancy, birth & loss of their daughter, Hope Margaret Hansen.
My name is Chelsey and Valerie is my step sister. There is not a lot anyone can do to help deal with the loss of a child, but I am trying my hardest to make some things a little bit easier. Please join me in helping to share their story in hopes to get ANY amount of help they can. Every little thing we help Val & Josh with makes each one of their hard days, a little bit easier...
Valerie and Josh were elated to find out at the start of June that they were having a sweet baby girl. However, that joy and excitement quickly turned to fear and devastation when they learned of all the health anomalies she had. Many many doctors visits and tests later, they found out their sweet girl had trisomy 13, a rare chromosomal disorder that effects only 1 in 12-16,000 babies.
Hope Margaret Hansen was delivered stillborn late in the evening of June 27th. They were able to spend time holding her and loving on her and could not believe how absolutely beautiful she was. While neither of them knew it was possible to feel a pain and devastation this deep, they also didn't know they had the strength and courage they have had to navigate the loss of their sweet angel. Josh and Valerie are so thankful for the overwhelming amount of love and support they have already received from their friends and family.
Even though they have a long road ahead of them, Valerie and Josh already have a sense of peace knowing that Hope is in heaven.
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE!
EVERY SINGLE PENNY IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SHARE THIS 'GO FUND ME' WITH ANYONE & EVERYONE....
