Hey, my name is Jenn and I am creating this fund on behalf of my lifelong friend, Phaedra and her amazing daughter, Hannah. Hannah has been kicking cancers butt since the age of 12 and unfortunately she is out of treatment options. Now at only 19 years old, she has made the courageous decision to leave the hospital and come home to LIVE the remainder of her life on her terms.
