Hannah's Study Abroad Internship

Hello friends and family,

 

This summer, I have been granted the opportunity to participate in a summer study abroad & professional internship in Seoul, South Korea through Yonsei International Summer School. Yonsei is one of Korea's top three schools so this is more than an achievement for me. If able to attend, I will be given the once-in-a-lifetime experience that the corporate internship offers. This internship is geared for students to have a direct experience in global corporate settings. This in turn will give me the opportunity to create strong ties with business and educational partners. It also will allow me to gain professional work experience and to build social networks in some of the world’s leading companies and organizations. As a business major, hoping to continue into international human resources this is a perfect experience for me.

 

This opportunity came at a shorter notice than comfortable and unfortunately, there are a plethora of expenses for this trip. I plan on applying for as many scholarships as possible, but my school financial aid will not cover this trip. This amount covers: tuition, housing, travel expenses (including flights), and food. If you are comfortable enough, I would greatly appreciate any donations that can be made toward this trip. If you are unable to financially donate, that’s totally okay too!
