Hannah’s Kidney Transplant

Most of you know I have been on dialysis for a few years now and am in need of a new kidney. I am currently trying to get on the transplant list but I am needing to raise some money before they will start the process of putting me on it.  We have raised about half of our initial goal and I had some people ask about donations so I’m starting this Go Fund Me to  make donations easier.
