- I will be taking part in the Great North Run in September in aid of If U Care Share. The charity does amazing work in the North East for suicide prevention and it would mean alot to me if you were able to donate.
- If U Care Share Foundation (IUCSF) is a registered charity, which was set up to provide support around the prevention of suicide and to promote positive mental health in and around the North East of England. The charity was established to bring awareness of the issues around suicide and to deliver services to support those affected by it. Our services bring together three key elements: Prevention, Intervention, Support for those bereaved by suicide
