Hannah is the heart of the Fab Four—the baby of the group, but the wisest and strongest. A fiercely loyal friend and tireless advocate, she’s spent years raising awareness for breast cancer—trekking the Himalayas, organising events, even protesting outside Parliament.

She’s never asked for anything in return. Even after 12 years of living with cancer, Hannah stays positive and never complains. But now, with Stage 4 incurable breast cancer, her time is heartbreakingly short.

Hannah’s greatest love is her daughter, Lilah Rae. At just 4 (nearly 5), Lilah is bright, curious and loving—but her autism means she’ll need lifelong care and support. Hannah’s deepest wish is to secure Lilah’s future—specialist care, therapy and a safety net to ease the road ahead.
