Hannah's 5th Grade Classroom

I am raising money for my new classroom! I am still teaching in Boston Public Schools, but have switched to a new grade (5th grade). I taught 3rd grade last year and am able to reuse some of my classroom supplies from last year, but need to restock many of those items (markers, notebooks, etc.) and also buy some supplies that are specific to 5th grade (5th grade-level worksheets and books, etc.). I would be so grateful if you are able to contribute anything to our classroom fund. I always put some of my own money towards buying classroom furniture and supplies, but the costs do add up over the course of the year so I am hoping to fundraise to help cover some of the costs.

I have an amazing group of kids in my class this year. They're sweet, kind, resilient, funny, and very excited to be in fifth grade. I want to make sure they have a classroom environment that feels calm and happy, and all the resources they need to succeed academically.

A few of the things we need are: bookshelves, books, notebooks, folders, worksheets, markers and other art supplies, and reading intervention materials. If you want your donation to go to something specific, please let me know :)
