Hannah is a beautiful, strong and energetic 28 year-old mother full of love and ambition and her husband would attest to the fact that she is the solid-rock foundation of the family.
Well as it is said, someone's life can change in the blink of an eye and that is exactly what happened on June 1st, 2019. Hannah was out enjoying a morning walk with her 2 year old daughter and a friend when all of a sudden, she collapsed on the ground and hit her head.
The paramedics rushed her to the nearest hospital where a CT scan determined she had a brain bleed at which point she was immediately transported to another hospital with a Neurology Intensive Care Unit. After multiple Angiograms, MRIs, and CTs, she was diagnosed with a blister aneurysm, vasospasms and a subarachnoid hemorrhage on the left carotid artery. After 7 days in the Neuro ICU to help stabilize her condition, the current hospital determined they did not have the capabilities to treat her condition so she was transferred to yet another hospital with a greater ability to treat her.

On June 8th, Hannah underwent a procedure to repair the aneurysm and by the grace of God, it was successful. Her condition is being monitored around the clock in the Neuro ICU and will continue to be for the next 2 weeks until her bleeding and the aneurysm are stable. Even after she is able to go home, she will need some physical therapy to help her regain the strength she has lost so she can get back to chasing her equally as energetic 2-year old around.

The Holt Family has had a lot of life happen to them in the last 2 years. In October 2017, their beautiful 11-week old daughter underwent open heart surgery to repair a congenital heart defect and spent 5 days in the PICU. Now, they are going through another trial with Hannah's brain surgery. God has blessed them with a strong resolve to make it through this and they joke that they like to "go BIG" given that they have gone through an open heart surgery AND brain surgery in the span of less than 2 years!

Despite this adversity, they remain positive and thankful for all the miracles and blessings they have received but, now they are asking for help to cover the medical expenses, future physical therapy sessions and child care as Hannah recovers over the coming months. Anything will help and they appreciate everyone's love and support!!
**Any funds raised above and beyond the needs of the Holt family will be donated to the life saving research and care of other survivors.
Thank you and God Bless!
