Hannah Funeral & Our Her Beautiful Daughter Jasmine

Hi my name is Meagan I'm Hannah’s older sister.

As most of you are aware my sister Hannah passed away on the 1st February suddenly and unexpectedly which has left all our family shocked and emotional, she also left behind her beautiful 5 year old daughter Jasmine.

As a family we are all finding it hard with coming to terms with the loss of our beautiful sister and Jasmine’s wonderful devoted mother.

We all know times are hard and did not expect this, as a family we would appreciate any help if possible.

Anything would be greatly appreciated.

We are trying to raise funds towards a beautiful send off, the send off she deserves and we would love if there was a little left over to get her daughter a keepsake, any help would be very much appreciated by all of us.
