I met Teri years ago when photographing her wedding. We became close and over the years her family has gone through many tragedies. When she was pregnant with her fourth daughter, her husband died suddenly. He never got to meet his baby girl Charlee. Teri handled this exceptionally well through her obvious grief. Her daughter Hannah has always been a huge support for her, even though this loss greatly affected her as well. Hannah is Teri's eldest daughter..born shortly after 9-11, graduated in a drive through pandemic graduation, and was diagnosed with Anaplastic Astrocytomer November 2020. This is a rare WHO grade 3 type of cancer in the brain. It affects 0.44 of 1000,000 people. The tumor at one point was miraculously shrinking, then two more tumors appeared. She recently learned that the tumor has grown and is not eligible for further treatments. It has been upgraded to Gliblastoma Grade 4 with less than an month for survival. We still believe in miracles and she needs one now!
Hannah is an advocate for any underdog, anyone she sees needs support, any group that she feels needs a voice. Immediately after her diagnosis, she took to facebook to show her support for a group of people that she felt needed to be protected. She puts everyone first. She has been a ray of light this whole time. She mostly posts about kindness toward other people, being compassionate, being accepting of all groups of people...and some memes that make me laugh out loud often. Her sense of humor has been prevalent through this entire ordeal. She is always there for others even at her young age of 20, and she needs help now. Please consider donating with any amount you can give. Anything is appreciated. She is only 20 years old. No-one so young should have to go through this and no mother should have to either.
