Hannah had a high risk pregnancy due to having Monoamniotic-Monochorionic (MoMo) Twins
that shared the amniotic sac and placenta. As a result, Hannah gave birth to the twins prematurely at 33 weeks and 2 days. on 12/18 2020 at 1pm. The twins names are Willow and Aspen. Due to covid restrictions, Hanna cannot stay at the hospital and are out of the zone to stay at the Ronald McDonald House. As of yesterday, Aspen started having complications. Her stomach and intestines are distended from reasons which are currently unknown possibly extending the Hospital stay even longer.
Hannah has been driving back and forth to Phoenix daily for a total of 4-5 hours driving time per day. Not being able to stay in Phoenix is causing a great deal of financial difficulty as well as emotional strain as Hannah cannot be close by when having to drive back and forth to sleep at night. As parents of a child with multiple health problems, we understand the massive financial and emotional strain of having a child in the hospital and we are trying to raise money for Hannah so she can stay in an AirBnB near the hospital for the duration of the stay and to help with other incurred costs.
The goal of this fundraiser is to raise money for Hannah to rent an AirBnB or hotel in the area so she can be with the babies during the day and eliminate a 4 hour round trip drive. It is also to help with the extra costs incurred by having to eat out 3 meals a day. We are trying to raise 3k as of now since we do not know how long she will have to remain in the hospital. A private studio Air BNB is $1200-$1500 per 2 weeks plus fees and taxes.
