As Salaam Walakum.

It is always a test for the whole family when someone has an illness. We are all trying to stay strong while our beloved Papa Haji Hanif Mansur father of Raisha Sami and Atik Mansur grandfather to Alina, Aayat, Amani, Jibreel and Nuh goes through this test from Allah SWT. Papa has been diagnosed with Cancer in the Left Tonsil. He has already had the initial surgery to remove the tonsil but there is still cancer in the area. Alhumdulillah no further surgery is required but he will need to go through Radiation and chemotherapy to rid of the cancer. iA with the grace and blessings from Allah SWT and everyone's dua Papa will get full shifa iA. Papa aged 62 yrs resides in India and is not working and has very little financial help. We have tried to get medical insurance but the system in India for medical health insurance for cancer has a waiting period of up to 2 years. We are hoping to get the coverage but we need to get the treatment started immediately. We are trying to seek some help to get financial aid to get Papas treatment started and assist with all the medical bills. We are reaching out to everyone if possible to help during this time.
