We instructed lawyers who have been acting on our behalf and issued a pre action letter to the school on the 5th April.
We have reached a resolution and the following has happened:
Consultation has now been reopened for two weeks (ending 9th May)
Academy order application has been withdrawn and will not be progressed until the end of the of the
reopened consultation period.
Funds donated will now be used for the following legal fees accrued which are as follows:
Initial work before pre action: £1056 including VAT
Work up to and including pre action £1056 including VAT
Work post pre action letter to point of response / resolution - estimated at £1800 including VAT (awaiting final figure as invoice not shared yet)
