The Restored Lineage Coalition, created by Amaru Book Club, is leading a national campaign to have Reclassified Original American (Origine) OR Soulaan/Soulaani/Soulani recognized on the U.S. Census.

For too long, millions of Indigenous descendants who were renamed and recoded have been forced to check boxes that don’t reflect who we truly are.

Now we’re bringing this message to the mainstream — through newspapers, radio, and media ads — so our people can be seen and heard.
