After 24 years in the restaurant industry, I’ve finally decided to take the leap and open my own restaurant. My journey began 12 years ago when I worked at a place that made fresh pasta from scratch. I instantly fell in love with the process—the creativity, the hands-on craft, and the joy of sharing something truly special with guests. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to honing my pasta-making skills, learning everything I could, and dreaming of the day I could share my own take on pasta with the world.

Now, I’m ready to bring my vision to life. My goal is to create a restaurant that’s not just about food, but about an experience—one built on craft, consistency, and intention. I want to welcome guests into a space inspired by my love for art and graffiti, where every dish tells a story and every meal feels like a celebration of creativity and community.
