Handicap Accessible vehicle for Nicholas Tapp

It has been 2 years now since Nick was paralyzed in the car accident. For the last 2 years he has had to depend on the PVTA van to get around. While it helped it is limited in the hours and locations he can get to.
He has basically been a prisoner in our house because of the limited travel ability. He cant go anywhere without the PVTA van and its very frustrating. It is time that he gets a van to get him back out into the world.
He has also been accepted into a Spinal chord study in Philadelphia
(AXER-204) in March or April which could possibly help him regain the use of his fingers. So we also need the van to help transport him there. If he passes this round then he will get into the full blown study.
So everybody please help Nick reach the amount so that he can continue on the next path of his life.
