Hello, my name is Steve. I'm married to a wonderful woman and have two beautiful daughters. About 7 years ago I suffered a spinal cord injury and I am losing the ability to walk. I have a lot of pride and I really don't enjoy asking for help but if it means spending more quality time with my family then I'll do whatever it takes.
One of the many activities our daughters enjoy doing is riding their bikes. Everytime I see them riding it makes me want to hop on a bike and join them but it just doesn't work out, trust me I've tried and the results weren't good. I finially decided to purchase a handbike but after doing a few weeks of research I found that these bikes are very, very expensive.  I've come to realize that the only way I'll be able to get a handbike is to ask for help.  So here I am, swallowing my pride and asking for your help. I appreciate any and all donations. I promise that every cent will be put to good use.  Thank you very much.
