Help Hana go to Arthur Morgan School!

Hi, my name is Hana and I am raising funds for my tuition at (the AMAZING) Arthur Morgan School. I have been accepted, YAY!!!! ...and am needing to raise funding for my 2024-25 school year as a 9th grade boarding student. This school is an incredible opportunity for me to learn at a live-in setting in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina, about an hour away from home with extensive hands on art studio access (ceramics, woodworking, blacksmithing, silversmithing, and more), daily song circles, small class sizes, top quality academics, outdoor education, traveling for in depth studies, like marine biology along the coast of Florida, backpacking adventures and more!

Arthur Morgan School is "A progressive, experimental Montessori-style education, outdoor trips, and a working farm. " started in 1962 as a Quaker school, centering non-violence, consensus decision making and community work.

I took a two day tour and shadowed students, met staff, participated in various activities and the first words out of my mouth, when I got picked up were, " I can't NOT go here!"

The last piece is asking my greater community for help. It's a scary step, but worth the vulnerability cringe if it gets me into this opportunity of a lifetime. Friends and family, if you feel resourced, willing and able I am asking for donations large or less large, to gather around and help me achieve my $4,326 goal.
