Han Cho

My name is Sonya, and I am the youngest sister of Han Cho and the aunt of his young children. It is with a heavy heart that I inform our friends and family, that our brother Han has passed away.

Han was loved by many and his tragic passing has left all of us in shock and disbelief. Han tirelessly served the community with the Garden Grove Police Department for 28 years. On Monday, August 7th, Han was on his way home from work when he got into an accident and unfortunately, passed.

Han is survived by a teenage son, a daughter, a mother and father, 2 sisters, 1 brother and a niece.

At this time, our family is asking for donations to help with a few things. Our family will be using these funds to cover any unexpected medical bills (if any), and all funeral arrangements and everything that is left will be put into a trust fund for his 2 young children as they learn to navigate their lives without their father.
