My name is Hamza Semakula and I currently play for Hendon football club in the Southern League Premier South.

I am 20 years old and have been playing football since the age of 6. It's a game I have come to know and love. I live and breathe football and wouldn’t see myself doing anything else.

Unfortunately I got badly injured a few weeks ago and have completely torn my ACL ligament as well as the cartilage in my knee. I have been told by doctors I need surgery to repair this and to ever play football again.

 I am raising funds towards the cost of my private knee surgery whilst waiting on the NHS, of which there is an incredibly long waiting list! The surgery will cost around 15k.

Any help and donations to get me back to playing football as soon as possible and getting me through this difficult time would be greatly appreciated.
