Hammer Needs Our Help!!!

Hammer is Laura Moretz's 11 year old Dutch Shepherd who has been Laura's faithful companion, disc dog and protector. She was recently diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma, a very aggressive cancer, after undergoing an emergency splenectomy two weeks ago.
Over the weekend, Hammer managed to tear open her abdomen requiring yet another emergency surgery. Both of these surgeries were life or death situations where the only other option was euthanasia. Hammer is on borrowed time, but for now she is happy, wagging her tail and by no means ready to throw in the towel. Hammer is a fighter. She also survived a serious car crash in 2013.
The cost of these two surgeries is over $7,000 (over the span of just a few weeks). Any assistance would be so greatly appreciated - no donation is too small. Let's help out a fellow disc dogger!!!
About Laura: Laura started playing disc with her aussie in 1995. She has performed all over the country since 2000, and performed for Purina since 2006. Laura has taught frisbee seminars and judged world qualifiers in Japan, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Canada and all over the US.
About Hammer: Hammer is a USDDN World finalist and is famous for catching and stacking up to 10 discs in her mouth at a time. She has been a true ambassador to the sport.
