Hamilton Pop Warner Cheer to Disney

Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We are Hamilton Pop Warner Football and Cheer, a non-profit organization that provides youth football and cheer programs to Hamilton and neighboring residents. Pop Warner participants consist of over 425,000 young boys and girls from ages 5 to 15 years old in 42 states and several countries around the world. Hamilton Pop Warner Football teams and Cheer squads have been active participants in the success of our community. We lead with several community service events such as our annual back to school drive with the Bromley CYO community center, donations to North Carolina during the recent hurricane and holiday food drives as well.
The Hamilton Pop Warner Association is very proud of this program. We were fortunate to win 1st place title for the Central Jersey Cheer competition in October and today (11/10/18) we won 1st place in the Pop Warner Eastern Regional Conference which means...WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY WORLD!! It is so exciting, the only downfall, of course, is the cost associated with the travel expenses and the short time frame we have to raise these funds. We need to pay for the trip almost immediately and will be competing at the Disney National Championship Competition on Monday, December 3rd.
Our goal is to raise $20,540 which will cover the minimum lodging and travel expense for each Cheerleader and Coach. Even if we meet our goal, our families will still have quite a bit of expenses for parents to attend and meals for the girls. Participants are in great need of your sponsorship and monetary donations.
Donations exceeding $200 will be recognized (banner at field or sponsorship on our t-shirts) and highlighted on our website as a proud sponsor. Your donations/sponsorships are greatly appreciated and will help make the traveled road easier for our cheerleaders and families. We hope you will be interested in becoming a sponsor for our program and help us continue to provide a safe and fulfilling experience for our players.
