My name is Guido Reichstadter. A few weeks ago I took nonviolent direct action against the attack on abortion rights by locking myself by the neck to the gates of the Supreme Court. You can watch the action and my reasons for taking action in these videos:

The Supreme Court, by undertaking its attack on the inalienable rights of women, has placed itself in insurrection against the People. It's our right and duty to rebel against it, to alter or abolish it, and to institute new government to best serve our safety and happiness.

 

I'm calling on all Americans to rise up in nonviolent rebellion against this traitor court, to nonviolently bring the function of government to a halt by peacefully standing in the streets of Washington DC until our rights are respected. When the people are united in action, they are the most powerful force on Earth. This is called nonviolent civil resistance, and it is how repressive regimes have been brought down throughout history across the world. I'm asking for your support and assistance in spreading this call. I am also seeking other people willing to join me in nonviolent civil disobedience. By nonviolently breaking the law, putting our bodies on the line to disrupt the normal function of society, we communicate the call to action in a way that words alone are incapable of conveying. 

 

We need people in the hundreds and thousands to rise to this level of commitment in order to rouse the conscience of the passive pro-choice majority and mobilize them into active support.
