Havanese Angel League Organization (HALO) is a small rescue organization that saves Havanese from puppy mills and places them into safe, loving homes. We are currently working to rescue a very large group of dogs from puppy mills. They have this one chance to be free. If we can't rescue them, they will go to other puppy mills or be euthanized.

We desperately need donations as all of these dogs will need vet care (vaccinations, dentals, etc). Their coats will be matted and they will have major grooming needs. We will need to purchase food, beds, flea treatment, etc for each and every one. Every single dollar will go toward these costs. Without donations, we simply will not be able to save them all.
