Halloween 2025 - Trick-or-Treat Map

On Oct. 31, from 6pm-8pm, kids of all ages can come trick-or-treating in Ruzafa.

REQUESTS:

1. Please donate 5 EURs per participating child using this page.

2. In lieu of donating above, you may bring 2 unopened bags of candy per trick-or-treating child to the event. Each bag of candy must contain at least 30 individual pieces of candy, each of which must have its own wrapper. If you choose to bring candy to the event, please drop it off at one of the trick-or-treating stops on the map.

3. If you plan to invite friends or forward the link to the map, you’re responsible for telling your invitees and/or map recipients about this candy-donation requirement, to prevent us from running out of candy.

4. There is no registration for this event.

5. There is no fee to participate in this event.

6. All children are welcome! This event is open to the public and children of all ages may participate.

7. The event runs from 6pm – 8pm. Please do not trick-or-treat at our participating businesses outside of those hours. We have an agreement with them that we’re only stopping by within that window of time.

8. Please don’t leave behind litter on the streets of Ruzafa in the form of candy or toy wrappers/waste.

9. This is a not-for-profit event. All organizers and volunteers are unpaid. All donations to GoFundMe will be exclusively used to buy candy for distribution to participating kids. For more information, please visit the GoFundMe page, where candy purchase receipts will be posted in the updates, during the week following Halloween.

MAP INSTRUCTIONS:

1. On October 30, a link to this year's Halloween Trick-or-Treat map will be posted at the bottom of this message.

2. This will be a Google map with designated pins that indicate where each trick-or-treat stop is.

3. Pumpkins represent businesses that are participating in our event. For more information, you can click on any pumpkin to read the name of the business. Please enter the business to say trick-or-treat or truco-o-trato, for a piece of candy. They are excitedly looking forward to seeing your kids in costume. Many of the business owners are downright giddy!

4. Candy corns represent our outdoor volunteers. They will be stationed at the exact spot on your map where the candy corns appear. If you’d like to see the associated address, please click on the candy corn for a pop-up of the address. Our volunteers will be easily identifiable by the orange Halloween balloon that accompanies them.

5. Start your route anywhere on the map.

6. A full circuit of the map with all stops will take between 1.5-2 hours. Leave yourself enough time to complete all stops.

7. Please don’t visit the same stop more than once. Because we only asked you to donate 2 bags of candy (or 5 EUR) per child, we will only have enough candy for each child to make 1 stop per pin. There will be more than enough treats between all the stops for kids to be fully satisfied.

Halloween 2024 - Mapa de truco-o-trato

El 31 de octubre, de 18 a 20 horas, los niños de todas las edades podrán venir a pedir dulces en Ruzafa.

SOLICITUDES:

1. Done 5 EUR por niño participante utilizando esta página.

2. En lugar de la donación anterior, puede traer al evento 2 bolsas de dulces sin abrir por cada niño que vaya a pedir dulces. Cada bolsa de caramelos debe contener al menos 30 caramelos individuales, cada uno de los cuales debe tener su propio envoltorio. Si eliges traer dulces al evento, déjelos en una de las paradas de truco-o-trato en el mapa.

3. Si planeas invitar a amigos o reenviar el enlace al mapa, estas responsable de informar a tus invitados y/o destinatarios del mapa sobre este requisito de donación de dulces, para evitar que nos quedemos sin dulces.

4. No hay registro para este evento.

5. No hay ningún costo adicional para participar en este evento.

6. Todos los niños son bienvenidos! Este evento está abierto al público y pueden participar niños de todas las edades.

7. El evento se realizará de 18 a 20h. No pidas dulces en nuestros negocios participantes fuera de ese horario. Tenemos un acuerdo con ellos de que solo pasaremos por allí dentro de ese período de tiempo.

8. Por favor, no dejes basura en las calles de Ruzafa en forma de caramelos o envoltorios de juguetes/residuos.

9. Este es un evento sin fines de lucro. Nadie de los organizadores o voluntarios recibe remuneración. Todas las donaciones a GoFundMe se utilizarán exclusivamente para comprar dulces para distribuirlos entre los niños participantes. Para obtener más información, visites esta página de GoFundMe, donde los recibos de compra de dulces se publicarán en las actualizaciones durante la semana anterior a Halloween.

INSTRUCCIONES DEL MAPA:

1. El 30 de octubre, se publicará un enlace al mapa de Truco-o-Trato de Halloween de este año al final de este mensaje.

2. Este será un mapa de Google con pines designados que indican dónde está cada parada de truco-o-trato.

3. Las calabazas representan negocios que participan en nuestro evento. Para obtener más información, puedes hacer clic en cualquier calabaza para leer el nombre del negocio. Por favor ingresa al negocio para decir truco-o-trato por un caramelo. Los dueños están emocionados por ver a sus hijos disfrazados.

4. Los "candy corn" representan a nuestros voluntarios al aire libre. Estarán estacionados en el lugar exacto del mapa donde aparecen los "candy corn." Si deseas ver la dirección asociada, haga clic en los iconos de "candy corn" para ver una ventana emergente con la dirección. Nuestros voluntarios serán fácilmente identificables por el globo naranja de Halloween que los acompaña.

5. Comienza tu ruta en cualquier lugar del mapa.

6. Un circuito completo del mapa con todas las paradas durará entre 1,5 y 2 horas. Tómate suficiente tiempo para completar todas las paradas.

7. No visites la misma parada más de una vez. Como solo te pedimos que donaras 2 bolsas de dulces (o 5 EUR) por niño, solo tendremos suficientes dulces para que cada niño haga 1 parada por pin. Habrá caramelos más que suficientes entre todas las paradas para que los niños queden completamente satisfechos.
