This Fund is to help our Hallmark Aviation Services employees in the Houston area that have been adversely affected by the disastrous Hurricane Harvey.
Our employees may be your relatives, friends, co-workers or just Houstonians in need.
You may have met them in your travels as they work mainly at the airline counters as customer service agents at Houston Intercontinental Airport.
This fund is to help these Houstonians, Hallmark Aviation Employees, with monetary assistance to recover and move on and upward from this devastating Hurricane.
Our goal is to assist our employees by providing them with money to cover their basic necessities as believe most must begin anew with little or no resources.
We believe this campaign has widespread support from our: employees, management and the aviation
We have established a committee of our Houston IAH employees and managers to review the funds collected; advise the affected employees how to make a claim and then to review the request for assistance and distribute according to their request/needs and the approval of the committee
Hallmark team members can request assistance through their IAH business manager or through the HR department, who will advise them of their Business Manager or committee member to contact.
Currently we have claims/requests for assistance that have been approved by the committee and will be distributed/paid over the next few days directly to these IAH employees.
Additional claims will be reviewed/processed and when approved by the committee; distributed/paid to our IAH employees until the fund is exhausted.
Note, the distribution of these funds is entirely a group effort of our IAH committee members to provide relief to our affected IAH team members; all distributions are made at the sole discretion of the committee and do not reflect any review or judgment by Hallmark Aviation Services, L. P, their management or owners.
Hallmark Aviation Services is a well know and respected service provider in many airports in the US, employing approximately 2,500 employees.
