Hallie’s fight against leukaemia

My name is Lucy and I am raising money to help support Hallie and her family with her long journey ahead battling leukaemia I am doing this by running Nor 100 Ultra Marathon—an epic 108-mile challenge from Ballintoy Harbour to Gortin along the Ulster Way on May 31st. All in support of this great cause.

Help Hallie Fight Leukemia

On April 12th, our sweet Hallie celebrated her 8th birthday—full of joy and life. Just days later, our world was turned upside down.

After an unexpected visit to the GP, Hallie was rushed to Craigavon A&E and then transferred to the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children. On Good Friday, we received news no family ever wants to hear: Hallie has T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia—a rare and aggressive blood cancer.

Hallie began chemotherapy on April 24th and now faces months of intense treatment, hospital stays, and time away from her sister, friends, and school.

As a family, we are doing everything we can to support her—but the emotional and financial toll is already mounting. Between travel, lost income, accommodation, and everyday costs, we need help to stay strong and focused on what matters most: Hallie’s recovery.
