Hallett family home lost, due to house fire.

Hi, my name is Sarah and I am a family friend to the Hallett's.

Today, the city of Prince Albert got awakened very quickly about a super Storm heading towards them very quickly.

The Hallett family, was just doing their morning routines when this storm started. Elizabeth (The Mother) heard their tree fall down in the back yard. Not worrying about it and wanting to stay out of the rain, she continued on with her morning routine.

Moments after the tree crashed, the smoke detectors had gone off, but there would be power and flicker and she figured the alarms were just kicking off and on with the power. She never smelt any smoke.

Elizabeth and her family, would also like to thank the people who were honking outside and her neighbors who got her attention that her roof/attic was on fire. If it had not been for them, she doesn't know what could have happened.

Sadly, the family does not have house insurance. They have had some help from their housing authority and they can move into the new house in the next few days. The problem is they lost everything in this fire. They now have nothing but memories to put in the new place. There is a family of 6 people that left with the clothes on their backs. They also have a dog named Rocky!

So I am asking for help to get this family back on their feet. They need everything from beds, furniture, kitchen stuff, kids stuff, teenagers stuff and adult stuff as all they have are left in the memory of this horrific storm which caused a family to lose their home and possessions but all came out alive.

Elizabeth, Jesse, Ethan, Tamica, Liam and Jr all say Thank you for the help already given by people and the Red Cross!!

They also want to Thank all Emergency personal who attended in this horrific storm to try and save a house full of memories!
