Over 3 million people in the UK alone have cancer, with someone being diagnosed every 75 seconds. One of my mums close friends and my grandad have both been diagnosed with cancer in their lifetimes. It is pure evil and so that is why on December 26th 2026 I am walking from the Shay Stadium, home of FC Halifax Town all the way to Harrogate AFC's Wetherby Road in what will be a gruelling 10+ hour walk, all to fight cancer.
