Hello everyone my names Archie,

Mental health affects us all, it’s something that has massively affected me over the past few years. It’s a huge problem that with men specifically never gets talked about. Not only has it caused issues for me but also lots of my friends who have been to scared to previously talk about their current mental state, highlighting to me that Men's mental health specifically is never supported enough for those who need it. Not having support can lead to tragic events like suicide.

Because of these reasons i have decided to step out of my comfort zone and take on Goodwood's Running GP half marathon in which will be held at Goodwood motor circuit on the 19th Of October 2025.

One way I have found my Mental state to become better is by simply talking to people about it. This is where my chosen Charity Mind has come in. They offer loads of services to people of all ages struggling with mental health. They also include a 24/7 helpline for those who require it.

All funds raised will be donated to the MIND charity.

All Donations are greatly appreciated no matter how small!
