I’ll be lacing up my running shoes and taking on the Royal Parks Half Marathon this October to raise money for Dementia UK.

Dementia affects millions of people and their loved ones everyday. I’ve seen how tough it can be - witnessing how it affected both my Nan and Auntie Ann - and so I want to support the work this amazing charity continues to do. Dementia UK supports families living with dementia through their specialist nurses and highlights how it doesn’t just affect the individual.
