I’m running the NYCRUNS Central Park Half Marathon (my first half!) and want to use this opportunity to fundraise for Palisades Elementary Charter School. The campus was significantly damaged in the Palisades fire and although the school is still organizing its rebuilding efforts, recovery will inevitably be a huge effort for the community.

I graduated from Pali Elementary in 2003 and am incredibly grateful for my experience there— many of the friendships I formed there are still a big part of my life. I want to help rebuild the school as quickly as possible so that current and future students can have the same positive experience I did.
