Half Marathon for Mental Health Research

On Sunday 9th June I am running the St Albans half marathon!

We all know someone suffering with mental health issues - research will help to give us all a better understand of how our mental wellbeing impacts us and those around us. So I'm raising money in aid of Mental Health Research UK. Mental Health Research UK (MHRUK) is the first charity in the UK to have the sole objective of supporting research into the causes and cures of mental illness.
