One of the Payne family’s dear friends daughter Haley Parker(Rich and Jami Parker)unexpectedly became ill and remains  hospitalized since last week. Unfortunately, this happened while she was away from home at ETSU. With both parents being  away from work and staying in Johnson City to care for Haley, it will quickly become a financial strain on their family as it would for any of us.  At this point it is unknown how long she will be there.  If you are able to help in any way, this would be greatly appreciated .
