Haley's Study Abroad in Madrid, Spain

My name is Haley Kocefas and I'm currently a sophomore at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. As a Spanish major and aspiring teacher, studying the language and culture is not only interesting to me, but also important to understand on a deeper level to be able to provide my future students with the best possible experiences in the classroom. I recently was accepted to a summer study abroad program in Madrid, Spain through U-M, and could not be more excited to take classes there and explore the country this upcoming May and June! This is my first visit to a Spanish speaking country, so this is a very special trip for me to be able to do while an undergraduate student. With your donation, I will be able to save up for funding my tuition for classes in Madrid and other travel expenses on the trip.
