Halen Goes to Japan

Hey ya'll, I recently found out about a school trip to Japan that is exclusive to the seniors at my high school. Seeing as this could be the only opportunity for a while for a trip like this, I decided that I'd try to raise the money to visit the land of the rising sun.

Japan has always been a place I've wanted to go (just ask my mom.) The rich culture and history of their traditions have always peeked my interest. The trip would have us visiting places all over the country, from Tokyo, to Nagasaki, and more.

The trip will take place in about a year as of March 25th, 2024. The fundraiser aims to cover the costs for travel, housing, and sightseeing.

I'm very active at school with my studies, National Honor Society, and being Captain of both the E-Sports and Robotics clubs so it is difficult to work a lot during the school week with my part time job at the pet store but, I have asked for more hours during the Summer.

I do appreciate everyone's support and will send a postcard to everyone who supports me in this opportunity.
