             Through the imbalanced consciousness, blind to the depths of our interconnectivity, and panicked in the experience of separation, the imperialist machine arose as a vehicle to instate global assimilation and control in a quest for the only peace a fear like this could imagine.

              Through this fairly successful and deeply disastrous conquest we have thoroughly distorted our relationships to ourselves and our world. Reconnection and attunement depends on reorienting our relationships to consciousness in the areas it has been neglected, severed, or over fed. 

             Our bodies, made from stardust, earth and ancestors, are doorways to our true nature and this reorientation. When we awaken and utilize all the senses grounded in the body, we draw our consciousness back from trauma cycles and into the truth and freedom of the present moment.

             My own personal healing, and my work as a healer has come through an amalgamation of ancient  & newly innovated techniques,  creating an intuitive, mindfulness based, community & social justice oriented, somatic, shamanic therapy.

             I am currently studying with a shamanic, somatic, social justice oriented, witch/coach/therapist and  i'm in the Berkeley Psychic institute's clairvoyant program until may 2016. Please help me continue my training to bring this practice to the young people most directly and drastically devastated by imperialism, and to the healers, activists, and every day people who are commited to our collective freedom. When this training is complete i plan to open a private practice with a focus on these young people, healers, and activists. 

             Through a strong call to make this journey, i need $7000 to complete Both trainings.

For over 10 years I've been working as a healer in some capacity.

I have dabled in a multiude of counseling techniques through the Interchange Insitutue & Challenge Day's leader training program . I have an 8 year old personal Mindfulness practice supported by the East Bay Meditation Center, Vinny Feraro, Chris Mckenna & the Mind Body Awareness Project, Goenka Vipassana retreats, Chogyam Trungpa, the Dalai Lama, thich nhat hanh, Daniel Rechtschaffen, Amutabi Haines, & more.  I have studied with social justice mindfulness masters Lee Mun Wah & Victor Lee Lewis. I am a certified life-coach, a "Reki Master" & a certified "Theta-healing" practioner. I am in training right now at the Berkeley Psychic Institue learning Aura & Chakra reading, healing, & tuning. I taught meditation in juvinile halls & Bay area high schools for 7 years. I worked as a counselor at the mosaic project's outdoor school and at two continuation schools  for four years. I have hosted and facilitated a number of therapuetic, shamanic, & somatic healing groups for the past 3 years.  I am a mindfulness in education consultant and I periodically work with teachers and service providers who want to bring a culturally intelligent mindfulness based approach to their work.
