Hello One and ALL,

My name is Hakeem Abdur-Rahim, and I am thrilled to share an exciting new chapter of my journey with you! I have been accepted into 'The Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts' to pursue my Master’s in Acting—a major step toward my lifelong dream of performing on Broadway and inspiring future generations as a teacher.

My Journey So Far:

I am very proud of earning my Bachelors' in Theatre Arts and English in 2019. Just as I was ready to pursue acting, the pandemic put everything on hold. The theatre world shut down, and like many artists, I had to step back from my craft. But I never gave up on my passion.

Now, I have a chance to refine my skills, grow as an artist, and take the next step toward achieving my dream. Attending this prestigious program will equip me with the training and connections to make it to Broadway and, one day, teach and mentor aspiring performers like myself.
