Kathi Cortes, one of my closest friends, husband, Glen Cortes, was diagnosed with cancer last November. He has kidney cancer that has spread to his liver and lungs. Due to his treatments and being very weak, Glen had to quit work for now. He is going to have to have surgery in the next few months and then continue cancer treatments for the next year or two. Kathi is only able to work part-time due to taking care of him and their many trips to Emory. So, not much income is coming in to pay the bills. They need help with meeting the bills, groceries, and travel expenses to Emory. Any amount that you can contribute would be much appreciated. And prayers are coveted.
