Haitian Methodist Church - Van Fundraiser

On this 10 year anniversary, we are gathering to say thank you for your blessings and support as we continue to grow and serve the Haitian community. Our 2005 Ford Van has seen us through and now needs to be replaced so that we can continue to use it for members in our extended refugee community who have transportation needs like going to the doctor, the airport, or their immigration appointments.

Each year we give back to the community that welcomed us during our Harvest Celebrations. We provide support to the homeless community by providing them with food, clothing, and hygiene kits. We do this because we were once homeless and know what that is like.

In this spirit, we are asking for a new van so that we can continue to contribute to all refugees in our community on their journey to stability as they go through the long immigration process.

Your donation, no matter how small, will help us help others. We have done our research and determined that a new van will cost about $17,000 which includes insurance.
