As October ends, and the intermission between Halloween and Christmas starts, there’s another tradition that a few of us for the past four years have taken part in, Movember. Max, Joe and I are raising money for Movember and by doing so we’re sacrificing our scraggy beards and growing a hairy caterpillar to sit on our top lip.

Although Movember is mostly centred around men’s mental health, testicular and prostate cancer it’s not only men who can be affected by both mental health and cancer.

So if you can, donate or join us on our Movember journey it’s all a bit of fun (and questionable looks)!
