Here at HailTrace, we know all too well the impact a tornado can have on a community. As an Oklahoma-based company, every employee knows someone who has been directly affected by tornadoes. We have seen and chased our fair share of severe weather outbreaks, including the last EF5 tornado that was right here in Oklahoma 20 minutes from our office. We mapped and tracked the December 10th tornadoes like we do every severe weather outbreak across the country. Our team diligently and passionately stayed up all night to make sure that we had accurate tornado tracks for emergency management teams to utilize the following day.

As the next day unfolded, we knew very early that we wanted to do something. So our team got to work coming up with a plan to act. We decided that we would volunteer our time to organize a donation drive and fundraiser for the victims of the Kentucky tornadoes. Our corporate office right in the middle of Edmond, OK is our donation drop-off zone. We will use 100% of the funds from this campaign to buy gift cards, medical supplies water, toiletries, Christmas gifts, clothes, shoes, socks, underwear, blankets, water for the victims of this devastating event.

100%  of the proceeds and materials that are collected will be distributed to HR Ministries who will then distribute to the victims of Caldwell County,  KY!

MAYFIELD, Ky. — At least four tornados reportedly wreaked havoc on western and central Kentucky late Friday night, and Gov. Andy Beshear confirmed at least 70 deaths but said that could rise to well over 100.

One twister stayed on the ground for 227 miles and will likely eclipse the record for longest tornado track which was set in 1925. Two other tornadoes were tracked south of Mayfield and there was one to the north.

Several buildings collapsed in the southwestern Kentucky community of Mayfield, and the damage was evident in Bowling Green as well. Here are some early-morning photos of the devastation.
