Melanie I.

Hi, my name is Julie and on behalf of my sister, Melanie, I am raising funds to help with her medical and cost of living expenses. Melanie was in a car wreck and was sent to the hospital for emergency surgery for 2 severely broken legs. The surgeon told us she may not walk again and could potentially lose her leg in the future. She is currently suffering from signs of severe depression. My sister is a fun, loving, and caring person. She loves to go out of her way to help others. She is a talented nail and lash tech who enjoys making others feel beautiful and good about themselves. She loves to go hiking and do adventurous things but she will no longer be able to do any of these things. She has no health insurance and will be unable to work to make money. The funds are to help Melanie with medical expenses including physical therapy and medical equipment in addition to help with the cost of living such as food, utilities, and rent. My family is hopeful and optimistic for her road to recovery and becoming the Melanie we all love and know.
