Jeff Hageman was involved in a flash fire on Saturday, June 22, 2019. The flames totally engulfed his body. Once transported to the hospital local ER staff got in touch with Eskenazi Burn Center in Indianapolis. Jeff was diagnosed with 1st,  2nd, and 3rd degree burns on his face, neck, both arms, both legs and right torso. Monday, June 24, 2019 Jeff had debridement at Eckenazi Hospital of these burns revealing a 3rd degree burn on right arm.   At this time we are taking major precautions for infection control and are hoping the treatment will help prevent future skin graft surgeries.   At this time Jeff is not released to work for several weeks. It will be up to the physician, occupational and physical therapist when he will be able to return.
