My name is Hadley. Part of last year and this year in the hospital first I had two bouts of covid. I’ve had three strokes and three heart problems, including endocarditis, heart attacks, I had to have a pacemaker put in failing kidney pneumonia, four times aortic valve replaced. It really hasn’t been a good year. On top of that I’ve been out of work since December November actually with no income coming in. I’ve use my savings to pay hospital bills normal activities like rent food utilities, no bills and now I’m almost out of money so anything you can help me with would be appreciated. Another problem is I won’t be able to work for at least 4 to 6 months.
