Meet Hades, the sweetest boy you could ever lay eyes on. He’s just 2½ years old and is the most loving, affectionate cat—always ready with cuddles, head butts, and unconditional love. Despite being diagnosed with feline asthma at just 15 months old, Hades has always been a happy, playful, and resilient little guy.

A few hours ago, our world was turned upside down when Hades fell from our third-floor balcony railing. We rushed him to the emergency vet immediately. After examining him, the vet explained that Hades urgently needs blood work, X-rays, and at minimum surgery to close a hole in his lower back, just under his tail, caused by the fall.

Unfortunately, we were only able to afford the initial examination and pain medication. The cost of the necessary diagnostics and surgery is more than we can manage on our own, and without treatment, Hades cannot properly heal.

We are reaching out to our fellow cat lovers and animal advocates for help. Any donation—no matter the size—will go directly toward Hades’ medical care and give him the chance to recover and return to the happy, cuddly life he loves so much.
