Hi, my name is Raelle, and I’m an indie author from British Columbia, Canada, with a passion for Romantic Horror/Romantic Sci-fi. I’ve recently published* my novel, HACKETT CREEK, and the response from readers has been overwhelming in the best way. Now, I want to take the next big step: turning it into a professionally narrated audiobook!

Audiobooks help stories reach so many more people—busy parents, commuters, those with visual impairments, and readers who simply prefer to listen. I want to make my novel accessible to everyone, and with your help, I can.

Producing a great audiobook isn’t cheap, but it’s worth every penny. My goal is to raise $5000, which covers narration, production, and fees.

It costs about 400$ per narrated hour, and my book runs at about 110,00 words, which is about 12 narrated hours, bringing my rough total to about $4800.

I would like to work with Jacci Prior, who will be working with a (yet to be chosen) Male Voice Actor to bring the many voices of Hackett Creek to life!
