Hi, my name is Paula and I’m fundraising to help me buy my medicine that I cannot afford because of the Medicare “doughnut hole”. I’ve been fighting cancer for the past 21 months and recently came down with C. difficile which causes severe diarrhea. Then my immunotherapy treatment attacked my liver making me extremely ill. I need several drugs to overcome these situations and due to the dreaded doughnut hole Medicare will not pay enough. I think I will be good in January but I need the drugs now. I sincerely appreciate any help I can get so that I can start to recover and continue on my cancer journey.
