Hi my name is Lourdes Naluz. I truly apprecciate you taking time to read my story. Last January 2025, my brother Augusto Naluz was diagnosed with Severe Coronary Artery Disease and his physician recommended for immediate heart surgery. This is so why I am aiming to raise fund to cover for his heart surgery. His present financial condition would not allow him to pay for the big amount needed for the operation, considering that he is also under medicine maintenance for Type I Diabetes, and that he also have 3 children to support at present.
