Ashley and Alex's Honeymoon!

Five years ago I met the person who would change my life forever. Although I didn’t know it at the time, Ashley and I grew up on the same street, went to all the same places and had all the same friends but for some reason never met. Seems as though everything really does happen for a reason.
In 2009 I decided I was ready for a change. I wasn’t happy with how my life was going in Seattle and so one week later I was getting ready to move to Arizona. Around the time I was getting ready to leave, the local establishment I frequented hired a new server. 5’9”, long brown hair and big brown eyes. Of course, I didn’t stand a chance (as my friends took no time pointing out) but I had to try. After a series of failed attempts we finally got a chance to spend some time together. We hit it off! I ended up postponing my trip a few days but inevitably it was time to go.
Ashley ended up visiting me several times over the next few months and we talked almost every day. As time went on we both felt that this was just…right. So, she moved to Arizona and we started our lives together.
The past five years have had their struggles, hardships and stupid arguments but mostly they have been amazing. She is the first thing I think about when I wake up and the last thing I think about when I go to sleep. I can’t imagine my life without her.
Which brings me to why I am writing this. We got engaged on December 22, 2012 at her favorite restaurant on Redondo Beach, Seattle. We are finally tying the knot with a small family ceremony on that same beach on the same day we were engaged. We would be truly grateful for any help we could get for our honeymoon and for the next exciting stage in this amazing journey.
